I Have Been Diagnose With Cervical Spondylosis As Well As

I have been diagnose with cervical spondylosis as well as carpel tunnel in my right hand. Over the years the pain is getting progressively worst in my right should, forearm, elbow and right hand with numbness and tingling. It doesn't hurt everyday (or I don't notice it at times). The pain was so great last evening that I could not sleep or find a comfortable position because of the throbbing pain (this was after shoveling snow in the driveway). What should I do. I was diagnose with the cervical spondylosis in 2009. I take no pain medication on a consistent basis, only ibuoprofen when needed.
