I Have Been Diagnosed 60 Mg Tablet 4 Times A

I have been diagnosed 60 mg tablet 4 times a day with Mystenia Gravis but the Mestinon doesn't seem to be working. I and taking a 4 tablets a day. I can rub my left cheek bone and get my eyes to open but when I drop my hand down my eyes close and won't reopen.
