I Have Been Diagnosed By Anti TPO Positve. I Am

I have been diagnosed by Anti TPO positve. I am concerned. My TSH is normal and in range. Its 1.95. Can you suggest that what should be my next move as when i met my doc he says that he will check the levels of anti TPO in December again before putting me on medications.
I was also diagnosed with low levels of B12 in june. I am now having mecobalamin 1500MCG and Cal 4 U daily. My current levels of B12 is 387. Free T4 is 13.03 and Ferretin is 123. I am having constant feeling of Panick and some times my heart palpitates. I feel as if I am going to have and attack. Kindly suggest.
