I Have Been Diagnosed By Different Doctors That I Have

I have been diagnosed by different doctors that I have bursitis of the hip, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis of the hip, and degenerative disc disease. I have my first appointment next week with pain management. But I woke up in immense pain this morning and my ppo doctor told me to go to the ER if I'm in pain. My problem is that i don't want to go to the ER and be labeled a drug seeker. But I'm in soo much pain! I don't know what to do. Please help me.
