I Have Been Diagnosed From Stool Samples With +2 Baccillus

I have been diagnosed from stool samples with +2 baccillus cereus and was prescribed vancomycin 125 mg, which I am concerned about because of it also killing all other bacteria in my gut and perhaps doing damage to my digestive system. My doc also suggested I pku an advanced adult probiotic which I am taking before starting the med. Are my concerns unfounded? Thank you. Keith Stuessi Excelsior, MN 55331
