I Have Been Diagnosed Of Osteoporosis Again. I'm Female, 67
I have been diagnosed of osteoporosis again. I'm female, 67 years old. I take calcium citrate 500 mg with D3 in the morning and evening. I also take Bonviva. I walk 30 minutes a day, often times up and down the stairs. What else do I need to do. Thank you.
