I Have Been Diagnosed With Barrettes For A Few Years.

I have been diagnosed with Barrettes for a few years. This is post surgery for gall bladder pain which was misdiagnosed and I landed up with adhesions. Now I am unable to produce saliva or chew. What should I do? My teeth and gums are fading fast.
