I Have Been Diagnosed With Bipolar II ADHD And PTSD

I have been diagnosed with Bipolar II ADHD and PTSD you would think I am nuts by all of these titles but Wellbutrin is working and I started taking Lamictal it is ok then he put me on hydroxyine It is all keeping me wide awake!!! I just started a PSY Dr. Truthfully I did best without any of this just going to AA all the time. Is there a possibility I am not bipolar? Family Dr said I was when prior just lexapro worked best. The meds are having adverse affect coffee makes me sleepy and so forth?
