I Have Been Diagnosed With CHF. I Had Stent Out

I have been diagnosed with CHF. I had stent out in about 5 years ago. I recently had an episode and sought treatment st the ER. I was stabilized and referred to a local cardiologist. I have no insurance. The Dr is wanting to review my records and see me again in 6 weeks. I am still not able to breathe after minor exertion. I am the only caretaker for my invalid husband. Is this a wise course of action? I am 64 years old.
