I Have Been Diagnosed With CIN 3 In The Past,

I have been diagnosed with CIN 3 in the past, however I had a procedure done where they removed part of my cervix. Recently I have noticed that I am having a hard time "holding it" when I need to urinate, vaginal sex has become somewhat painful, my periods are completely irregular to the point that I couldn't tell you when it beins or ends, and the blood seems to have a strong odor. Stroner than I've ever had. Any ideas what might be going on?
