I Have Been Diagnosed With Crohn's Disease For 14 Years.

I have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease for 14 years. I have never had surgery. Over the last month I have had severe waves of pain in the center of my upper abdomen that radiates to my back, often comes after eating, frequent diarrhea, nauseau, fatigue, and I have lost over 10lbs. I went to the E.R. A couple days ago. I was given an abdominal x-ray which according to the dr showed nothing unusual. I asked him if it was possible for me to have pancreatitis, he said no. I'm wondering if I should go back to the E.R. for a second opinion because this pain is near unbearable at times.
