I Have Been Diagnosed With Diverticulosis ! I Have Been

I have been diagnosed with Diverticulosis ! I have been getting by with Antibiotics whenever I feel an attack coming on with mostly success . the problem I have is sometimes I can not feel an attack coming on until it is too late to stop it so I lose a week of my life... in recovery ! I've spoken with a surgeon and he told me
the odds are 1 in 50 could end up with a bag attached for the rest of their lives and I find this unacceptable . Is there any other option that I haven't mentioned for help for Diverticulosis attacks ?
