I Have Been Diagnosed With Hashimoto In January Of This

I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto in January of this year. I am taking levrothyine now and was taking leivoth but it sent numbers from low to hide.
I have gained 18 lbs., lost hair and am having real memory and cognitive issues. I live in Mashpee Mass on. Ape Cod but have been unable to find a competent dr here....
