I Have Been Diagnosed With Heberden's Nodes On My Hand

I have been diagnosed with Heberden's nodes on my hand & osteoarthritis. I noticed that I have a hard pea-sized bump just below the middle joint on my right middle finger. I was wondering what type of treatment can be done for this if any? I am experiencing some stiffness and weakness in my hand. I also have carpal tunnel in both hands. Thank you
