I Have Been Diagnosed With MS But My Levels In

I have been diagnosed with MS but my levels in my spinal tap were not definitive yet based on MRIs for 15 years of deteriorating gray matter or white matter (I cannot remember which) my neurologist says she is 150% I have it. Is there a test that can 100% diagnose me before I start taking the drugs? Also, I have interstitial cystitis.
