I Have Been Diagnosed With MTHF And Have Had Dermamyositis

I have been diagnosed with MTHF and have had Dermamyositis for about 8 plus years. I'm wondering if all the medications and supplements are compatible. Here is what I take daily:
Atorvastatin 10 Mg; Hydrochlorthiazide 25 MG; Synthroid 100 mcg; Vitamin D;Fish Oil; Calcium; Heliocare; Turmeric; Magnesium 250 mg; Potassium-Magnesium Aspartate; Active B12 1000 mcg with L-5 MTHF 800 mcg ; Methyl Folate MTHF 1000 mcg
