I have been diagnosed with MdDS. I also have essential tremors, mostly in my left hand but is getting progressively worse. It's beginning to cause problems in my right hand. I also have hyperparathroidism & am hypoglycemic. I have had joint pain in different parts of my body since my late 20's. I was diagnosed with a fast moving cataract in my right eye 4 years ago but the symptoms lasted about 2 years then stopped. I then developed a rash with small blisters on my forehead about 2 years ago. I have peripheral neuropathy in my left foot & it's now numb & tingling from the ball of my foot to my toes. It makes walking with my MdDS extremely difficult. I have seen a multitude of specialists but none of them think any of my medical issues are connected. I believe I have sarcoidosis but when I ask individual doctors about it, they shut me down and say that I don't have granulomas in my lungs so it can't be sarcoidosis. I am now fully disabled, I'm fatigued all the time & frequently have brain fog. I also frequently have painful lymph nodes in my underarms, on the side of my greats & in my neck. How can I get a doctor to look at all my symptoms & not each one individually? We are moving out of CA soon & I hate to start all over again. I have seen specialists at Stanford, UCSF & UC Davis. I am an obese 63 yr old female. I have lost 25lbs in the last year because I frequently get nauseated when I eat. My PTH is high but my calcium in my urine is low. I am desperate for help. We are moving to WA in late Feb.
