I Have Been Diagnosed With Mesenteric Panniculitis And Not Offered

I have been diagnosed with Mesenteric panniculitis and not offered any treatment and am in different stages of pain/discomfort all the time.
What can I do about this ,how dangerous is this I also have a hiatal hernia and an umbilical hernia and my stomach bulge's from these 3 things
