I Have Been Diagnosed With PTSD, Related To Unrelenting Stress,

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, related to unrelenting stress, extreme sleep loss, brain fog, due to a year long stint caring for my mother in law, died from complications due to advanced Alzheimers. My short term memory is very very bad....also have been taking Cymbalta for about 10 years.... Also have worsening coordination, loss of dexterity...ongoing for years, but now worse. My doctor is also referring me to have an endocrinologist evaluate me for " subclinical hyperthyroidism". I am a mess.
