I Have Been Diagnosed With PVD. I Had An Artery

I have been diagnosed with PVD. I had an artery in my left leg cleaned out two years ago after they found a cyst in that artery . One year later the intense burning heaviness and cramping in the same calf Reoccurred. The doctor told me that the cyst was starting to regrow and we would monitor it. Now it's nine months later and that same pain has reoccurred. I have a doctors appointment scheduled in a month The Doctor Who did the surgery told me that I was probably born with this disease. He also said you cannot operate on the same artery twice to remove the cyst. Although I have a doctors appointment scheduled I was wondering if you can tell me what would be next if they can't go in and remove the cyst again?
