I Have Been Diagnosed With Parkinsons, But Now Doctors Suspect

I have been diagnosed with Parkinsons, but now doctors suspect somethims else. I have lost my right calf muscle, and my right arm and hand are losing muscle mass. I am losing the movement in my right hand. ALS??? I can not lift my right leg. My leftleg has muscle, but has classic Parkinson symptoms. I have other classic Parkinson symptoms.
