I Have Been Diagnosed With Piraformis Syndrome And Have Had

I have been diagnosed with Piraformis Syndrome and have had 5 epidurals which did not work. Also I have developed a severe case of sciatica. Have had physical therapy and have just been discharged as there is nothing more that they do. Am open for suggestions.
