I Have Been Diagnosed With Sleep Apnea, Restless Leg Syndrome,

I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, Restless Leg Syndrome, and Narcolepsy. I developed what was called a bad ulnar nerve in my right elbow, with the sympton of numbness in the the little finger and half of the fourth finger. The ulnar nerve was moved by operation, and the resulting recovery period of two years now sees me using the the little finger for a lot of things but still has the numbness. I pulled my left achilles tendon and again after two years it remains weak, and excercise will only weaken it. I formerly rode bicycle in marathons at moderate to slow speeds, starting at age 50. I am a male aged 62, forced to retire, due to the narcolepsy, and I am taking modafinil, 100 mg twice a day for this. For the rls I am taking pramipexole about 1.5 mg once a day, as it lets me rest at night. During my teenage and through my early adult life, I did abuse drugs recreationally. A little bit of alcohol dependance during the early 20s as well. I would call it mild to moderate abuse compared to what I have seen in others of my peer group. On occasion I have had chills up my spine infrequently over the years. Other recognized this as a result of lsd abuse. I have kept working most of my life, and raised a family fairly sucessfully. I am a little bit obsessive compulsive. Over the last year, I have intentionally dropped about 70 pounds, bringing my 6ft 1in frame down to of a weight around 200 lbs. The bottom of my feet show signs of numbness. Any suggestions for this old guy?
