I Have Been Diagnosed With Stage 3 CKD. My EGFR

I have been diagnosed with Stage 3 CKD. My eGFR is now 47 and has been 47 for several months. My last CMP showed serum creatinine 1.2 mg/dL, and serum BUN 27 mg/dL. I do not have protein in my urine, but white flakes on my legs, arms, and trunk. I also have xerosis on both arms with purpura. My abdominal ultrasound shows cortical thinning of right kidney measuring up to 7 mm and right kidney measures 11 cm. Left kidney measured 10.5 cm. I also have leukocytoclastic vasculitis which was diagnosed last year. I am on blood pressure medication and Atenolol for rapid heart beats. I feel tired and cranky. My ankles and legs swell. My blood pressure is stable with the medications. I also have either fatty liver or chronic liver disease, but my liver enzymes are normal. Should I see a nephrologist eventually? Would the white flakes and xerosis indicate anything else? I will be having more blood and urine tests in a few months.
