I Have Been Diagnosed With UC, Bleeding For Quite Some

I have been diagnosed with UC, bleeding for quite some time. Recently I changed specialist, now being treated by a new specialist affiliated with a research hospital.
I had a full proceedure today and will be seeing the Dr. for a follow up. My questions is what are some of the treatments for my condition.
