I Have Been Diagnosed With UCTD And Am In The

I have been diagnosed with UCTD and am in the care of a Rheumatologist and my primary care physician. I am on weekly injections of Methotrexate 20mg with folic acid taken daily. My question is I have had a high WBC count of 13, high platelet count of 503, and also high neutrophil count on my latest lab work. My WBC count has been high for about four months now and the neutrophils just went high on my latest labs which I do every two months to check on the Methotrexate. My liver enzymes were slightly up on my last labs but not high enough to worry my rheumatologist. As far as the blood work I have labs going back to 2012 where my platelet count was high usually staying around 440 but seem to be climbing now. I have been told that "we will keep and eye on it". I don't drink and haven't had any type of recent infection. I thought the worry with the Methotrexate was it would lower blood counts but mine seem to be going up! I have asked another online forum and some say these findings are concerning and to see a Hematologist and others say it's really no big deal. I just want to know what my next step is. Do I tell my PCP to send me to a Hematologist or just forget about it?
