I Have Been Diagnosed With VCD, And Laryngospasms, And Had

I have been diagnosed with VCD, and laryngospasms, and had nissend fundoplication surgery in January for severe GERD. I saw a new ENT today, who told me that I am fine, and it is in my head. My GP also moved today, so I am starting with a new GP next week. I have been off work for lack of breath for over a year, and am feeling overwhelmed. What should I do?
