I Have Been Diagnosed With A Bulge Around My Thyroid

I have been diagnosed with a bulge around my thyroid -also suffer from bi-polar and anxiety disorder but have 90% of hyperthryroidism symptoms - in addition also hot flashes and cold chills but my thyroid basic testing falls within acceptable limits - could I have graves disease or some other thyroid condition without testing being within limits. Also, cannot gain weight no matter that I eat as much as possible and keep losing weight. My doctor does not consider these issues to be a problem except for anxiety but I my skin is hanging from my bones. I am 5foot seven and weight 113 pounds and am still loswing weight.
