I Have Been Diagnosed With A Uti With 10,000-25,000 Units

I have been diagnosed with a uti with 10,000-25,000 units of enterococcus species. I have been given antibiotics since November with no improvement I was given Cipro it was resistant I then was given amoxcicillin 500mg 1 3x a day for 7 days I'm on day 5 and I still do not feel any better I'm sweating at night and my upper back hurts along with a weird rash that appeared on my leg
