I Have Been Diagnosed With Acid Reflux. My Symptoms Sore

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux. My symptoms sore throat some what relieved with cough drops. I develop coughing and mucus in my chest, I have been advised to sleep elevated and sleep on my back. I haven't slept on my back in many many years. I hope I might find a pillow that would elevate me at night and at the same time help me sleep.
