I Have Been Diagnosed With Acid Reflux And Was Put

I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and was put on omprezale. I have been experiencing trouble swallowing. My chest has a sharp pain that lasts for a couple of seconds whenever I swallow anything, even saliva. What could this be? It is extremely painful and is making eating very difficult.
