I Have Been Diagnosed With Acute Bronchitis Which Turned Into

I have been diagnosed with acute bronchitis which turned into pneumonia. It has been twelve days since the first doctor gave me an antibiotic and four days since my regular doctor gave me two shots, a breathing treatment, ran a chest x-ray and put me on an even stronger antibiotic. After twelve days my fever finally broke early this morning while I was sleeping. My question is this, the coughing I have been experiencing has been so strong and frequent that I strained my back last night and just a few minutes ago I cough so hard that right above my right eyebrow I am now experiencing a sharp pain that goes all the way back through my head. It is not like a headache, this is a more direct and isolated pain. What should I do?
