I Have Been Diagnosed With Anxiety And Depression. The Anxiety

I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. The anxiety triggers my asthma but when I take Ativan I am able to operate pretty much normally. But I don't like to go out at night. I get bad anxiety. Previously I would go out with my husband but he passed last June and my depression and anxiety hit all time high. why my fear of going out at night. all I want to do is get off work and go home.
