I Have Been Diagnosed With Arthritis In Shoulders And A

I have been diagnosed with arthritis in shoulders and a bit in hips, apart from stiffness, the worst is the pain in my upper arms to the extent I can hardly lift anything of any weight at all, even a duvet when getting in the morning, and dressing is agony, Any suggestions to relieve the discomfort would be appreciated.
