I Have Been Diagnosed With Bacteria Over Growth In My

I have been diagnosed with bacteria over growth in my stomach / gut ,what would be prescribed for that diagnosis,and how is this different from H pylori which I was diagnosed first,then doctor said it was a misunderstanding , I have been Ill on & off for a long time,I'm beginning to lose faith in the nurses and doctors at this practice,any advice would very much be appreciated,I'm really ill.
