I Have Been Diagnosed With Benign Vertigo Due To Eustachian

I have been diagnosed with benign vertigo due to Eustachian tube dysfunction "Epley." After more reading, I've learned that my nasal polyps can exacerbate the dysfunction. Is this true? I've also been told at some point, I won't be able to walk a straight line or drive a car. Is this correct?
