I Have Been Diagnosed With Bv. I Received A Vaginal

I have been diagnosed with bv. I received a vaginal cream called metronidale. The symptoms and discharge were no longer there after treatment, but about two weeks later i noticed that during intercourse I had white small chumps of discharge like dried discharge. I am also std negative and pap smear was normal.
