I Have Been Diagnosed With Central Retinal Vein Occlusion In

I have been diagnosed with central retinal vein occlusion in my right eye & have list my ability to see basically anything. I am seeing everything with my left eye. I work with special needs people & I am required to take them out into the public but this can be very dangerous. I am 61 years old. Would I qualify for social security disability?
