I have been diagnosed with depression and ptsd . I am already on Lexapro 5mg I know I need to go up on that meds. I'm also on 100 mg of hydroxyzine Pam. When faced by a threat I go into fight mode. Also when I get around people my heart starts racing and my palms get sweaty. I also go up and down with my moods. My dr says it is because I was abused growing up. What meds would help me that I could suggest to my dr?
