I Have Been Diagnosed With Dientomeba And Diverticular Disease. I

I have been diagnosed with dientomeba and diverticular disease. I have been taken secnidazole and doxycycline. I was told to do a faecal multiplex poo test in 1 month of finishing my antibiotics. I have finished the antibiotics on the 11th of August . Will it take 1 month for the parasite to leave my body.
My stools have changed from perfect to furry at the moment. Does it mean the bug hasn't totally gone from body
