I Have Been Diagnosed With Essential Tremor Of The Right

I have been diagnosed with essential tremor of the right hand. I have stopped taking Propranolol 60mg tablets over the coarse of a couple of weeks. I take 20 mg of Lisinopril/hydrochlorothiazide every day. I have been taking Primidone 50mg once a day for the last three days. I feel slightly nauzeous and I have not eaten today. My blood pressure is 147 over 90. I am 68 and female. Should I quit the Primidone and go back on the Propranolol?
