I Have Been Diagnosed With "failed Back Syndrome" With Myofascial

I have been diagnosed with "failed back syndrome" with myofascial dysfunction since a spinal fusion (L5-S1)in 1988. I have been through 2different pain clinics, have had numerous nerve blocks, pt and even had a dorsal spinal pain stimulator implanted in 1994. My question to you is , have there been any new treatments for my condition in the past 5 years? I am in constant nerve and muscle pain. Some days better than others. I go to an osteopath for adjustments and go for deep tissue massages. I did try laser treatments that did help, just so long as you went. It is expensive, $225.00 for 14min. !! Thanks for any suggestions you may have. I really need some relief. It's been a ridiculously long time since I have been pain free.
