I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis and occasional esphageal paresis where I have extreme chest pain when eating or drinking--you know no peristalsis. Well for the past 3 days constant chest pain, increased saliva, and pain in chest when eating or drinking. I chalk it up to the esophageal paresis rearing its head again. Now coughingThoughts.
