I have been diagnosed with genital herpes years ago with minimal outbeaks. Just recently I am breaking out on other extremities of my body. Right now I have a pimple on my arm which spreads and welt then crust over. I went to a dermatogist some time ago who said he thought I had folliculitis but I am not really sure what it is because it keeps coming back.
