I Have Been Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism But Also Have Severe

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism but also have severe pain. I had 2 ANA test one normal one abnormal. With still being in pain the doctor did a double stranded DNA and it came back at 480. I went to a rheumatologist but he was not very helpful. He thinks that all of my pain and issues are from my thyroid. He was only concerned if I had a lupus rash or pain in my fingers. My father has lupus and my mother has hypothyroidism and Rynaulds.. I just really want to get some answers .
