I Have Been Diagnosed With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy And Diastolic

I have been diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction , a few yrs. ago. now my EKG reveals inverted T waves, and Ischemia, I understand the Ischemia could be from the previous diagnosis, but what would use the T waves o be inverted?
