I Have Been Diagnosed With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy And Sinus

I have been diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy and sinus bradycardia. Has had chest pain every day now both feet and legs are painful with movements and takes a while to settle in bed. The strangest thing though is that doctors has diagnosed me with high blood pressure with every use of these meds it goes down real fast even when they lower the dosage. It only went up went I was rushed to hospital for chest pain. From that time my readings are not stable but there are not going high. The pulse is what I m watching it fluctuates up and down any where from 49 to 88 do I really have high blood pressure? Can you help?
