I Have Been Diagnosed With Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. I

I have been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. I am over weight and I am considering having the gastric sleeve for weight loss. After the procedure, will this help with the fatty liver disease and will I no longer have this condition? I was told that my labs are WNL, I have no S/S of the disease that I am aware of.
