I Have Been Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis And An Extrememly Low

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and an extrememly low bone density condition. I also have 2 hip replacements and have a high risk of falling creating fractures. I am currently 72 and go to the pool 3 times a week involved in a cardio core class since I am no longer able to power walk. I also do not believe in synthetic perscription medication. I am currently taking boron as a natural supplement. Does that alone address my issue?
