I Have Been Diagnosed With Osteoarthritis Of The Knees, They

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knees, they are telling me there is no medication that I can take to relieve the inflammation so I can walk like normal. They said all I can do is physical therapy & lose weight or have total knee replacements in both knees.
